Poor ol’ The Wanted. Looks like their hopes of conquering the States may have gone ?down the toilet.

As for Tom Parker’s dreams of a green card – he’s up s*** creek devoid of any paddle.

The singer is wanted by police after, ahem, defecating in a bag and throwing it on to the highway.

The offence, which carries a $500 fine, means he may be stopped by Customs next time he tries to enter the country.

Last night a very nice officer from the Colorado State police directed me to the state’s bylaws which say: “Littering is a class 2 petty offense punishable, upon conviction, by a mandatory fine of not less than 20 dollars nor more than 500 dollars upon a first conviction.”

Tom kicked up the stink while the band were on tour earlier this year but dodged prosecution by crossing the state line next day.

She added: “Max is the best- looking guy I’ve ever been with.”

In a bizarre romantic twist, the loved-up pair have swapped partners — with TV presenter Mark now dating Max’s former fiancée, Coronation Street actress Michelle Keegan.

But Lucy, who recently beat Rihanna to be named the world’s best bikini body of 2013, made it clear she prefers Max as he is a REAL man.

Speaking for the first time about the relationship that has fascinated the showbiz world, the 21-year-old told The Sun on Sunday: “I would NEVER date someone from Essex again.

“When I was with Mark, he got more beauty stuff done than I did.

“He was obsessed with his looks — I’d be doing my make-up in the mirror and he’d come up behind me and start posing.

“I don’t want anyone like that now — it really is unattractive.

“Max couldn’t be any more different and I find that really hot. It’s appealing to me that he isn’t into preening at all and is more of a bloke.”
